One highlight is our customer presentation with Michael Burkhardt from Hermes Fulfilment. We will show how we implemented the free AI pilot project together with IBM and Hermes. The result was an AI chatbot for Planning analytics based on IBM watsonx, which was specially developed for Hermes and will be presented in a live demo. The project shows how AI technology can make planning processes more efficient.
