Even during my time as a consultant, my focus was on consistently putting the customer at the center. Their satisfaction depends not only on the system itself, but also on the people who are there to help and advise them at all times. It was with this conviction that I founded BI2run. My aim is to ensure that our customers receive the best possible support – at all times and not just when the consultant is free.
